We are a welcoming, friendly, and engaging community with many activities. Our homes are a combination of attached villas and free standing villas all with modern architecture. Our community was established in 2001 by James E. Moline Builders and completed in 2019. We have 106 homeowners.
We are located in Monclova township near the intersection of Rt. 20A and Coder Road. Our main entrance is the first street, Deer Ridge Road, after you turn onto Coder Road from Rt. 20A. You then turn right onto Deer Valley Lane to enter Villas of Deer Valley. We welcome everyone to our beautiful community!
